Irene Yaa Frimpomaa Sas is a final year student at the Ghana Institute of Journalism pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication studies.
She has benefitted a lot from participating in Life-Link Tertiary Model UN conference, both as staff and delegate.
As a delegate she was able to socialize and break the bonds of her shyness. Through this experience, she had the opportunity to make contacts, know about people, their culture, that unique thinking of every individual.
She has served as a rapporteur in the JHS model UN Conference and a delegate journalist in last year’s conference.
This year, she is on the media team and she is enthusiastic about her role by virtue of the fact that, as a student journalist this is where she puts what she learns into practice.
